Delta1 Anti Stagnation flushing is the perfect solution for remote areas with little use for example bib taps and hose points, some remote cleaners sinks etc.

Our anti-stagnation flushing protocols are unique in that they are defined by you allowing for truly intelligent flushing that is bespoke to your requirements.   We will at the point of order send you a form to complete for your Inactivity Timer, Flush Duration, and Minimum Flow Total.  This way we know we are making sure the solution fits your requirements rather than asking you to fir your requirements to our solution.  Available with or without data logging and/or connection to BMS/WEBLINK

Delta1 Anti-Stagnation flushing with temperature monitoring provides all the benefits of the Delta1 Anti-Stagnation Flushing solution but allows you the added benefit of monitoring the temperature of the water feed into the unit.  

As well as allowing you to set the Intelligent flushing requirements for stagnation we will also allow you control of your temperature monitoring system.  We will send a form asking for the Temperature Set Point A and the Temperature Set Point B which once the temperature of the water falls outside of the parameters set by A the system will flush until we meet Set Point B ensuring you are not keeping water at the ideal temperatures for bacterial proliferation where you would not otherwise want to do so.

As before with the Delta1 Anti-Stagnation Flushing with Temperature Monitoring and Alarm you have all the benefits of the previous system with the added benefit of the Alarm.  

During the temperature flush a Timer will commence and if Set point B can not be reached before the Timer has expired an alarm will activate (either klaxon or high intensity light as per your preference.) The timer of course will be to your specifications set at the point of order.  Once the alarm has activated the system will no longer monitor temperature but will continue to monitor stagnation this will prevent the system from wasting water if the hot water production was shut down or faulty for example whilst still delivering a level of protection through the anti-stagnation flushing.  The temperature monitoring will re-commence once the alarm has been reset.
